A bottle fermented premium sparkling wine vintaged in 2012, made from the traditional varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Refreshing lemon citrus with hints of fresh strawberry and a lovely note of freshly baked bread. A crisp and dry palate displaying creamy yeast complexity and biscuity nutty flavours with a persistent fine mousse.
