2014 Kingslyn Shiraz Barossa Valley (6 Bottles)

We select the best parcels of grapes from our mature vineyards to make this elegant and balanced Shiraz.
The yields are low to maximise fruit intensity and the higher elevation of the carefully chosen sites ensures a long and slow ripening period.
The wines were fermented on skins for two weeks and then aged in French oak hogshead for 14 months.

Aromas of blackberry, dark plum and violets with a hint of vanilla oak, dark chocolate and licorice.
The palate is powerful and vibrant with layers of black cherry and fruitcake spice leading to a balanced tannins and a superb long finish.
