This hand picked Riesling shows lovely floral aromatics and fresh, tangy crispness, that showcase the wonderful mineral acidity typical of the Eden Valley Rieslings. As they mature, these flavours soften and honey with age. Glowing yellow-green; has developed impressively, with supple lemon and lime fruit backed by crisp, minerally acidity; very good length.
